If they tell you our towing company was responsible for removing your vehicle, you must contact us to confirm we have it at our storage site. Our storage location is continuously maintained and locked to ensure your automobile remains safe while it is with us.
To locate your vehicle, you will need to tell us your car or truck’s:
License plate number.
Vehicle identification number (VIN).
Make, model, and year.
When you come to retrieve your vehicle, you must provide us with additional documentation. First, you’ll need to produce your driver’s license or other form of personal identification. Then, you’ll need to prove you are the vehicle’s owner. You can do this by showing your registration or car title.
If you believe your vehicle was wrongfully towed, please do not hesitate to contact us. You should also contact the property owner or site where your vehicle was removed.
